Bob & Charlene Way Win Lake Fork
At 3:00am the storm hit. The lightening was intense and the winds were gale force. At 5:30am everyone was in the store staying out of the weather. The tournament started at 6:00am and at 6:00am it was like someone threw a switch. The sun started breaking through the clouds and the wind stopped making Lake Fork look like a mirror. But best of all the fish really started biting. You could catch fish on just about anything that you threw. I was told by some couples that they caught fish all day on top-waters. While others told me that they had over ten keepers on Carolina rigs fished 25 feet deep. Whatever you wanted to fish, you were able to on this tournament day.
Our first place winners with a five bass limit were Bob & Charlene Way. They had a total weight of 10.51 lbs. In second place and incredibly close were Bob Gross & Sherrie Myers with a 5 fish limit that went 10.49 lbs. In third place and also very close were Larry & Liz Petr with 10.21 lbs. Rounding out our top six teams were David & Tammy Waller with 10.14 lbs.; Davis Burden & Dianne Garman with 9.50 lbs.; and Guy & Rosemary Cavazoswith 8.51 lbs.

Classic Information
At the Cedar Creek tournament, we will be taking entry fee’s for our 2006 Classic Tournament on Lake Texoma if you would like to go ahead and take care of this now. The tournament is on October 13,14,15.
