Toby Davis & Charla Massey
Win Lake Palestine

    The fact that the lake had risen 2 feet in the last 5 days and the 30-35mph winds all day made the fishing at Lake Palestine very hard for some of our couples, however Toby Davis & Charla Massey overcame that obstacle and had a very good day with a 5 bass limit weighing in at 17.84 lbs taking first place.
    Coming in a very close Second were Bob Gross & Sherrie Myers who also had a very good day and a limit of fish that weighted 17.59 lbs.
    The father and daughter team of Dick & Erin Hartnett took the 3rd place honors with 5 bass that averaged just a little over 3 pounds each for a total weight of 16.08 lbs.
    Rounding out our top six couples at Lake Palestine were Guy & Rosemary Cavozos with 15.28 lbs.; Jeff & Judy Baugus with 14.18 lbs.; and Gary Gruber & Keri Cupp with 14.12 lbs.
