Well another year is in the books for C.A.S.T. Northeast Region. We completed our 6th tournament today on Lake O’ the Pines. The water level was still high, and the stringers were small, but we had a great time with our Northeast family at our weigh-in picnic and fellowship together. So proud of all our couples – as hot as it was today – we had ZERO dead fish. Thanks for taking such good care of them.  
Here are the results of today’s tournament:
First Place – Randy and Kathleen Wheeler with 10.48 lbs
Second Place – Cipriano and Mary Carrillo with 10.28 lbs
Third Place – Robert Anderson and Kim Cochran with 8.82 lbs
Fourth Place – Roger and Sandy Mahoney with 8.72 lbs-winner of Denali Rod
Overall Big Bass – Roger and Sandy Mahoney with a 5.29 lb
Ladies Big Bass – Kathy Timmons – 2.72 lbs – Winner of R & R Marine Ladies Big Bass Award
We had a really close race for Anglers of the year going into this final tournament – only 2 points separated the top three teams. After the results of the Pines tournament today – our Anglers of the year are Randy and Kathleen Wheeler. Rounding out the Northeast top six – Joel and LeaAnn Howell, Mitchel and Jan Stuteville, Roger and Sandy Mahoney, Mike and Sandra Withrow, and Jesse and Kathy Timmons. Congratulations to all of our teams on a great year. A special thanks to Cippy and Mary Carrillo – ArkTex members that fished all 6 tournaments with Northeast also and came in 3rd with points for the year and to Roger and Sandy Mahoney – Members of both Northeast and ArkTex – fishing all tournaments in both regions.

We look forward to seeing you all again at the Classic on Lake Sam Rayburn.
